The Malabon City facility is the only call center facility in the CAMANAVA area(Caloocan, Malabon City, Navotas and Valenzuela City). It has a large untapped human resource compared to Makati City, Ortigas City and Quezon City. It is a few minutes drive from Quezon City using EDSA.

It is located right beside a mall and it is near a highway.
